Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return it.

You can request a return within 7 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
